Asst. Manager - Leisure Concierge

As Asst. Manager - Leisure Concierge you are responsible for the success of the leisure concierge operations.  You provide “hands on” inspirational leadership to your team and ensure all team members are fully trained in the Alila standards so that guests experience a high level of service.  You communicate frequently and regularly with your team and put time and effort into creating a friendly work environment, which goes towards ensuring friendly and professional interaction with guests.
Working in the Leisure Concierge, you possess knowledge of Oman’s best tourist destinations and are able to create unique programs for guests that match their interests and desires.
The successful candidate will meet the following criteria
  • Diploma in Hospitality Management or similar
  • Experience in Front Office
  • Well-groomed, trustworthy, tactful, honest, hard-working and sincere
  • Positive, enthusiastic, helpful
  • Computer literacy
  • Fluent in English
  • for Omani National only
Note: Due to the unique location of the resort and the provided manager's accommodation, only single status candidates can be considered.
