Outlet Manager - Dinner

As Outlet Manager you thrive on running a high quality restaurant operation and delighting guests everyday!  You are responsible for the overall management and success of the restaurant operation both from the perspective of reputation and profitablity. You take steps to ensure your team is fully trained so that they are able to provide a high level of service to guests.  You lead by example, demonstrating strong communication with both guests and the team, anticipative guest service and attention to detail.  You deal fairly and honestly with guests, your team, suppliers and business partners.  

The successful candidate will meet the following criteria :
  • Hotel school background
  • Working experience at 5 star hotels with busy outlet operations and/or free standing restaurants
  • Experience in running a 100+ seat restaurant (at least 2 years)
  • Preferably has experience in developing restaurant concepts in standalone restaurants
  • (Pre)-opening experience
  • Asian experience an advantage
  • European trained
  • Strong leadership skills, result oriented, very good at motivating and good at handling complaints/service recovery
  • Very outgoing personality, showmaster, hard working and able to work efficiently under pressure, well organized, energetic, hands-on and able to work independently, team player with good communication skills
  • Modern / innovative style of service
  • Good English – written and spoken, strong training skills and computer literate
