Executive Sous Chef is responsible for overseeing the kitchen brigade and a host of activities such as scheduling, training, menu planning, managing inventory and supplies and ensuring that hygiene standards are maintained. You will be a skilled chef, able to create a wide variety of dishes from many cuisine styles. You have experience in, and enjoy training other chefs in both food preparation and safe food handling. You lead by example and display strong communication skills and fairness and firmness in leading the team.

The successful candidate will meet the following criteria :
  • Degree in Hospitality Management or a related culinary qualification
  • Minimum 2 year of industry and culinary management experience especially in Banquet
  • Experience in training others in high quality food preparation
  • Creative and passion for great food!
  • Passion for leadership and teamwork and a good eye for detail
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia (spoken and written)
