Chef De Partie (Indian Kitchen)

A Chef de Partie is responsible for the quality of all culinary dishes that are prepared in their section and you take great pride in preparing meals of the highest quality for the enjoyment of guests.  You are knowledgeable about your speciality area and culinary functions in general.  You are well organised and able to work in a high pressure environment.  You enjoy leading the team in your section to achieve their goals every day.

The successful candidate will meet the following criteria:
  • Culinary qualifications
  • Previous experience in high quality cuisine at Chef de Partie or Demi Chef level
  • A passion for great food!
  • Leadership and communication skills
  • Good knowledge of HACCP best practices
  • Good English language skills
