Personal Assistant to GM

As a Personal Assistant to GM, you are able to prepare reports, and other correspondences related to the Executive office; implements and maintains proper e-filing systems in accordance with the needs of the General Manager and Executive Assistant Manager. You must be familiar with Executive Office operations and able to co-ordinate various Executive Office activities including schedules, market research, industry analysis, and local information sourcing. You are able to takes minutes of meetings conducted by General Manager, and handle other duties given by the General Manager and Executive Assistant Manager

The successful candidate will meet the following criteria,
  • A Bachelor Degree in any field preferable
  • Minimum of 3 years secretarial experience or has an experience as a Personal Assistant in a 5-star hotel
  • Excellent communication skills both written and oral
  • Fluent English language skills
  • Computer literate and a strong working knowledge of all Microsoft Office software and Opera
